BVL naturally took part in the 2015 demarcation campaign and acquired a current certificate for 2015. BVL is a recognized specialist company that has committed itself to the so-called “10 Commandments of Furniture Removal”.
The Bundesverband Möbelspedition und Logistik (AMÖ) e.V. has been awarding the “recognized specialist company” certificate for 25 years under the quality control of SVG-Zert. In this certificate, BVL undertakes to work according to the principles and rules of a prudent businessman, to prepare clear and detailed quotations and to provide thorough and comprehensive advice. Furthermore, we have committed ourselves to using only qualified personnel as removal consultants, transport managers and packers and to using environmentally friendly packing materials for your move. In addition, we are very keen to participate in a settlement procedure in the event of disagreements with the customer and to follow the decision of the AMÖ conciliation board.
Compliance with all rules is checked by SVG-Zertifizierungdienst GmbH as an independent organization. Certified companies are entitled to display the rolling kangaroo as a special feature.
